Full payment is required before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or upon inquiry. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. While we make every effort to ensure safe and timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

4. Returns and Damages

Due to the unique and original nature of the artwork, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

If damage occurs during transit, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of both the artwork and its packaging. We will review the claim and work toward a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
